CryBaby is an anti-theft security application that may trigger alarms, capture images or video, and log location data when unauthorized unlock attempts are detected on a device. Features vary by platform and version.
3. Eligibility & Authorized Use
You must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- Use CryBaby only on devices you own or are legally authorized to monitor and protect
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
You may not use CryBaby to harass, spy on, or record individuals without legal authority or consent where required by law.
4. Permissions & Device Access
CryBaby requires certain device permissions (such as camera, location, and device administrator access on Android) to provide its security features. You are responsible for granting and managing these permissions. Disabling permissions may limit functionality.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring use of alarms, recordings, and location features complies with laws in your area
- Securing your device and backup of any evidence stored locally
- Any consequences of false alarms or loud alerts in public or restricted environments
- Keeping your unlock credentials confidential
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that CryBaby will prevent theft, recover your device, or capture usable evidence in every situation. Network conditions, device limitations, and user settings may affect performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if the Service was provided free of charge.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with CryBaby are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal security purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Redistribute or resell the app without written permission
10. Termination
